Ingredients
1 lb white fish (of your choice)
salt, pepper and seasoning
2 C shredded goat cheese
1 package of slaw mix
Cowboy Caviar
12 flour tortilla shells
Directions
- Season fish, wrap in foil and grill until flaky
- Add fish, cheese and slaw mix in flour tortilla
- Top with cowboy caviar
